Cynthia Culp

Dear Patients:

After taking a Leave of Absence, Cynthia Culp has decided to resign and we respect her decision. This, of course, means she will no longer be seeing patients as anticipated starting November 1st, 2018.

Be assured that you will continue to receive terrific care and service, as all of her patients are being transferred to Kara DeLacy, MN, NP-C, Ben Prinzing, MN, NP-C, or one of the other experienced providers at RMHW, with the added benefit of choosing among female and male providers at both of our locations here in the Treasure Valley. They all practice medicine in an integrative manner with functional medicine principles and remain current on their training, as well as collaborating with each other and our supporting certified Nutritionist and Herbalist. You will continue to receive individualized care and the full attention of your new practitioner.

Given that some of you may have been waiting for Cynthia to return, please call our office right away at 208-938-5680 and we will prioritize getting you onto the schedule. We can also answer questions you may have to help transition your care to the provider that best fits your needs and desires. The transition will be seamless, regardless of facility or provider you chose, as our systems are integrated. Rocky Mountain Health & Wellness is committed to delivering the best patient outcomes and superior service by getting to the root cause of your health challenge and providing the tools and support you need.  This remains our vision and commitment to you.
